The name of the restaurant carries a symbolism deeper than just the cuisine \u2014 salt is life, salt is the sea, salt is present in our daily lives, as well as in sacred texts. In Dalmatia, life without salt and the sea is almost unimaginable, and it is precisely this connection that has woven itself into the philosophy of the restaurant. <\/p>\n

Our cuisine is based on the richness of local ingredients and the reinterpretation of traditional flavors through a contemporary culinary approach. In every dish, we strive to convey authenticity, creativity, and emotion. <\/p>\n
