This recognition places us at the very top of the Croatian restaurant scene and confirms our long-standing commitment to quality, consistency, and an original approach to cuisine.<\/p>\n\n<p>Gault&amp;Millau uses a rating system according to strictly defined criteria \u2013 from the excellence of the dish, technical execution and presentation, to the professionalism of the service and the overall impression.
