In 2023, we received one of the most significant awards in the history of our restaurant \u2013 the Michelin Golden Plaque<\/strong>, awarded for outstanding creativity and personality. This award, introduced as a new form of valorization within the Michelin system, is reserved for restaurants that particularly stand out with their authorial vision, innovative approach and continuity of quality. <\/p>\n\n

It is awarded rarely and with great care, and the fact that we are among the first restaurants in Croatia to receive it makes us especially proud. This recognition does not come just as a result of one dish or one season, but as a confirmation of years of effort, consistency, and the personal touch we bring to every experience we create for our guests. <\/p>\n\n

The Golden Plaque came as the crowning achievement of our long-standing presence in the Michelin Guide \u2013 since 2018 \u2013 and further motivated us to explore the boundaries of creativity even more boldly, cultivate authenticity, and constantly raise the bar. <\/p>\n\n
