THE ROYAL SOUL
As we celebrate 1,100 years since the coronation of the first Croatian king, our wish is to enchant our guests through every sense — with the captivating stories of Croatian royal tradition from the Valley of Croatian Kings: Solin and Klis. After visiting the sites and immersing ourselves in the mystery of our ancient and glorious national past, we bring the guest to the coronation table where they can taste dishes from the coronation of King Tomislav. Who would dare to resist such a sublime invitation?
THE SOUL OF SPLIT
We begin with a walk through Split, accompanied by carefully chosen stories from its rich history. Along the way, we introduce our guests to some of the city’s most remarkable figures, allowing the intense character of Split to truly sink in. And then, we lead them to our table — where that very same, wondrous Split is served through a thoughtfully crafted menu that follows the city’s journey, both in story and flavor, from its very beginnings to the present day.
