In September 2024. Zrno Soli had the exceptional honor of hosting the first exclusive Michelin Masterclass in Croatia. This prestigious culinary event took place in our restaurant, hosted by Heinrich Schneider , a top chef and co-owner of the Terra restaurant, holder of two Michelin stars and a green star for sustainability.
The Masterclass brought together selected guests from the world of gastronomy, the wine scene and the media, and provided insight into the philosophy of cooking and the values that Michelin supports – excellence, dedication to detail and a sustainable approach. Throughout the day-long program, knowledge, tastes, and inspiration were exchanged.
Being the host of such an event is a confirmation that Zrno Soli stands side by side with the best – not only as a restaurant, but also as a meeting place for top ideas, people and culinary standards.
