In the 2025 edition. Zrno Soli restaurant was proudly awarded four toquesin the prestigious gastronomic guide Gault&Millau Croatia . This recognition places us at the very top of the Croatian restaurant scene and confirms our long-standing commitment to quality, consistency, and an original approach to cuisine.

Gault&Millau uses a rating system according to strictly defined criteria – from the excellence of the dish, technical execution and presentation, to the professionalism of the service and the overall impression. The four toques won speak for the fact that Zrno Soli is not just a place for lunch or dinner, but an experience that leaves a mark .

This recognition comes in a year when we are also celebrating other successes – the Michelin Gold Plate, Chef of the Year and a series of events that further position us on the gastronomic map of Europe. The four toques are not our goal – they are a confirmation that we are on the right path and a motivation to continue creating even better, bolder and different.
