Our head chef, Marko Đurašević , has been awarded the prestigious Chef of the Year 2024 award at the Gault&Millau Croatia Awards. This exceptional award is given to chefs who not only demonstrate technical excellence, but also leave a strong authorial mark with their work and contribute to the development of Croatian gastronomy.
Marko’s philosophy is based on respect for ingredients, the authenticity of Mediterranean flavors, and constant research into new techniques. His distinctive style – a fusion of Mediterranean and Japanese precision – brings elegance to every detail, and his special passion for desserts puts the finishing touch on every menu.
